For non-conformist palates
LOOK AT IT
Note the creaminess of its froth, and the consistency that it has. And its golden colour. Because gluten-free beer is just as good.
Combine it
Starter: Russian salad or patatas bravas. First course: Tomato and avocado gazpacho or beetroot gazpacho. Vegetables in their own juices or grilled. Main course: Grilled or marinated fish.
Try it
And you will see how balanced it is. With a hint of bitterness, it tastes of cereal and hops. Can you smell the aroma of white fruits? And the floral background? For sure. A gluten-free beer but, above all, a beer with a lot of flavour.
Order it
Tilt the glass at a 45° angle and pour the beer without touching the glass, allowing it to run down the sides. When the glass is almost full, return it to an upright position and pour the remaining beer into the centre to obtain a 2 cm head.
